Located at the North end of Summit Lake and 15 minutes south of the Village of Nakusp and 10 minutes north of Slocan Lake. It is a level corner lot and 2.305 acres in size. Rails to trails and lake access are nearby. The property has a 200-amp powerhouse. It is not live at the moment, but all works in place. There is a drilled well (55gpm). The 2007 well is 57 ft deep with static level at 27ft. Water and power lines from the well to the powerhouse are installed. There is a pump that is not installed. Water needs to be connected to a standpipe in the field and faucet at the shed.
