Once the proud anchor of the Cedar Heights community, I have weathered time, been lovingly restored, and now stand ready to welcome those who appreciate character, history, and heart. I have been part of Cedar Heights for many years, once standing proudly as the anchor of the community. Time, however, can be hard on a home, and for a while I quietly endured years of neglect. My walls held memories, but my spirit needed someone who could see past the wear and imagine what I could be again. In 2011, the right owner arrived. They saw my character, my craftsmanship, and the history within my walls. What followed was not a quick renovation, but a thoughtful restoration. Over the years, they invested an incredible amount of time, care, and resources bringing me back to life. Each repair, each improvement, was done with respect for who I was meant to be. Great care was taken to preserve the details that make me special while carefully modernizing where needed. Even my original intercom system still works today — a small but delightful reminder of the era I was built in. Across four levels, my rooms each serve their own purpose, reflecting the thoughtful design of an earlier era where spaces were meant to be lived in and enjoyed. I’m not an open-concept home, but rather one filled with character, charm, and history. Like any home with a rich past, I continue to evolve with time and will welcome someone who is excited to care for me and carry my story forward.
