Sundre is a great little town and has a choice of restaurants, groceries, hospital, fast food, doctors office etc....all within walki ng distance of the park. West of Sundre are a couple of smaller lakes where you can even swim, kayak, boating,hiking, horseback-riding, and ATV trails. If you're a golfer, there are several golf courses within minutes of Tall Timber. The maintenance fees for Tall Timber include Power/Water/Sewer and are 1746.09 annually, one of the cheapest in the area. The park has a very active community association and plans activities for both Adults and children alike. Dances, BBQ's, outdoor movie nights, onsite market of fresh vegetables and goods on some Fridays during the summer. There is a darts club for both adults and children as well, in the community center.
