""Scroggin’s Bay” sits roughly half way between Rattlesnake Island and Squally Point along Okanagan Lake’s eastern shoreline opposite Peachland, BC. Named for the original settler, the 12 “Scroggin’s Bay” lots were created nearly 50 years ago as boat access, unserviced waterfront recreation lots.
